HORRIBLE!!! AT LIMESTONE STORE Attached you will find photos of my pets. Honestly, the Petco staff did not do any of the services I specifically requested.
ReplyDeleteI asked for a Teddy Bear cut, and they did not even make an attempt to achieve that style. The entire haircut is poorly done, uneven, and looks like it was cut without care or attention to detail.
I also paid the additional fee for nail trimming, teeth cleaning, and ear cleaning. The staff even asked whether I wanted the nails filed, but they did not complete the additional package services. The nails were not properly filed and appear to have been cut incorrectly.
If you look at Mocha, you can see that they did not even clean the eye discharge from around her eyes. This is truly unacceptable and feels like a complete waste of money. Additionally, I paid a total of $473.00 for the grooming services. I was also charged an extra fee for "Dematting per 1/4 Hour – Groom," yet it is evident from the condition of my pets that this service was not properly performed, if it was performed at all. To make matters worse, I called the store on Saturday to speak with the manager. First, I was left on hold, and then the manager will contact me within five minutes. That never happened. I then contacted Customer Service on Saturday and was assured that I would receive a follow-up email, which I never received. Because of this, I had to call again today. While the representative I spoke with today was very helpful, I do not believe it is fair that I have had to spend so much time trying to resolve an issue that should have been addressed immediately.
Given the poor quality of the grooming services, the additional charges for services that do not appear to have been performed, the lack of any multi-pet discount, and the significant amount of time I have spent attempting to obtain assistance, I am extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience.To make matters worse, I called the store on Saturday to speak with the manager. First, I was left on hold, and then the manager will contact me within five minutes. That never happened. I then contacted Customer Service on Saturday and was assured that I would receive a follow-up email, which I never received. Because of this, I had to call again today.
